Banyaknya pertanyaan dari para calon mualaf, membuat kami harus merangkum dan melakukan klasifikasi pertanyaan apa yang peling sering di tanyakan, maka berikut kami coba urai pertanyaan yang biasanya muncul pada saat melakukan registrasi mualaf:

  1. apa saja persyaratan yang harus dilengkapi untuk calon mualaf? What are the requirements that must be completed for prospective converts?

  2. bagaimana kami dapat melakukan registrasi mualaf, how can we register converters
    • Jawab: silahkan registrasi dengan mengirimkan datanya ke whatsapp admin di +62-811-885-998 atau klik disini, semua dokumen dikirim dalam bentuk JPG (gambar), jangan dalam bentuk PDF

  3. berapa lama pengurusan dokumen untuk mualaf? how long does it take to process documents for converts?
    • Jawab: untuk proses dokumen:
      1. WNA / foreigner, pengurusan dokumen antara 5 – 10 hari kerja
      2. WNI, pengurusan dokumen antara 3 – 7 hari kerja

  4. bagaimana dengan fotonya, how about the photo:
    • Jawab: foto bebas asalkan sopan, boleh mengenakan kerudung ataupun tidak, harus berlatar belakang flat dan bukan area terbuka, foto bisa dilakukan selfie menggunakan kamera pada handphone anda

  7. apakah perlu di khitan sebelum syahadat?, Is it necessary to be circumcised before the syahadah (processing to Islam)?
    • Jawab: tidak ada keharusan khitan sebelum syahadat, kecuali dengan alasan medis, karena khitan untuk seorang muslim adalah wajib sesuai perintah Rasulullah, dan sebaiknya dikerjakan setelah dia beriman Islam, karena semua hukum Islam diberlakukan kepada hanya mereka yg telah beriman Islam, maka artinya bersyahadat dahulu baru khitan, wallahua’lam

  8. bagaimana proses mualaf jika berada di luar negri? How is the process of converting if you are abroad (outside Indonesia)?
    • Jawab: bisa melakukannya dengan video syahadat, petunjuknya akan dikirim setelah data dikirimkan calon mualaf dan dikirimkan ke kami dengan whatsapp disini, dan melengkapi dokumen mualaf seperti diatas

  9.  jika ada suami istri yang mualaf bersamaan atau tidak dalam waktu yang bersamaan, namun mereka sudah menikah di agama lamanya, apakah perlu menikah lagi?     • Jawab: tidak perlu ijab dan qabul lagi, namun perlu untuk mendaftarkannya ke KUA terdekat dengan membawa akta pernikahan catatan sipil agar dicatat oleh KUA setempat

  10. Bagaimana jika saya sudah bersyahadat dan saya hanya butuh surat keterangan masuk Islam? What if I have convert (reciting syahadah) and I just need a statement to convert to Islam?
    • Saran kami, kembali ke tempat syahadatnya dahulu dan minta dibuatkan surat keterangan masuk Islam disana Atau jika disana tidak bisa, maka minta buatkan surat pernyataan penuntunan syahadat oleh orang yg menuntun syahadat, dan surat pernyataan masing masing dari 2 orang saksi yang menyatakan bahwa mereka menyaksikan proses syahadat dan di legalisir ke KUA setempat
